I have a yearly goal of reading 50 books or literary journals per year. Although I like using Goodreads to keep a running list of books that I've read, I'm lazy about filling in the dates I've finished them, so I've decided to keep a current list of the year's books here.

Just because you see a book on this list, don't assume I'd recommend it! ;) I'd like to get better at posting reviews of books I've read. In the meantime if you'd like to know about anything on this list, feel free to ask.

  1. I thought of making a list like this and marveling at some of the titles. It's as if the final list means more than a gradual progression in livejournal. I no longer post the reading list there anymore... didn't seem much point after Facebook and Goodreads...
